Integra Workshops' core mission is to utilize the latest, most relevant scientific studies available to make all of our lives more productive, healthy and successful. And if we can't improve the quality of your life, you don't pay us. Integra provides training that helps professionals realize extraordinary productivity gains and improved quality of life. Leveraging the latest insights and expertise in neuroscience, lean management, sleep science, productivity research and other related disciplines, Integra delivers a comprehensive, practical, immediately applicable workshop.

About the Founder

Paul Silverman, Integra's founder and managing director, has personally helped increase the productivity of executives from organizations including Pfizer, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Honeywell, Avon, Siemens, AXA, Bayer and Nestle. His legal industry clients include Skadden Arps, Nixon Peabody, Debevoise Plimpton and Baker Botts.

For more than 12 years, Silverman worked in Japan as a business consultant for clients such as Texas Instruments, NTT and the American Consulate. He also hosted a radio program and was a popular public speaker.

Silverman's training and experience with the Zen Buddhist community in Japan earned him the position as the first non-Japanese person to be named the head Abbot of a Zen Temple in Japan (Tetsugyuji Zen Temple).

Here in the United States, Silverman sits on four interfaith committees and volunteers as a Chaplain for the Disaster Chaplaincy Services (partner of The American Red Cross), the Veterans Administration, and several Westchester County hospitals.

Silverman holds BFA and MFA degrees from Carnegie-Mellon University, and an MBA from Oita University in Japan. Silverman can be reached at paul@integraworkshops.com.

Integra Workshops helps communities by providing its services for free to non-profit organizations or at a significant discount. The American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, and the Clinton Foundation are among the many non-profits that have benefited from our valuable coaching and workshops.

Paul Silverman Founder, Managing Director

Silverman has personally helped increase the productivity of countless executives from corporate, legal and non-profit organizations in the United States and Japan. He also hosted a radio program and was a popular public speaker. (See Silverman's expanded bio above.)


Julie Ellis Coach

With experience that includes her role at Pfizer as director of worldwide talent and organization, Ellis has demonstrated a deep commitment to people development, coaching and leading change in organizations. She is also a winner of the Pfizer Corporate Fellow Award from the Linkage Women's Leadership Summit.

Rona Weinstein Coach

A nationally certified counselor with 25 years of experience, Weinstein provides coaching to senior executives, teams and all levels of management. She has facilitated interventions and workshops in a variety of settings including financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, government, technology, manufacturing, non-profit and service industries. Rona holds a BA, Cum Laude, in Physiology and Education from Hunter College, and an MA in Counseling from Fairfield University.


Stephen Lambert, PH.D. Coach

Lambert is a global talent management executive with extensive Fortune 100 experience across the talent management value chain for six diverse industry segments. His executive experience includes work at Pfizer, MetLife, American Express, Skanska, and Young & Rubicam.


Dan Markovitz Coach

Dan is a faculty member at the Lean Enterprise Institute and teaches at the Stanford University Continuing Studies Program. He also lectures on A3 thinking at Ohio State University's Fisher School of Business. He's held management positions in product marketing at Sierra Designs, Adidas, CNET and Asics Tiger, where he worked in sales, product marketing, and product development. Dan lived in Japan for four years and is fluent in Japanese. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.


Debbie Farrell Consultant

Debbie has a broad range of experience helping organizations align employees at all levels with company strategies and initiatives.  Select clients include American Express, Amgen, ASCAP, AIG, Citizens’ Utilities, Ciba, ConEd, Deloitte and Touche, Genentech, General Electric, Georgia Pacific Company, MassMutual, The NASDAQ Stock Market Inc., Nestle Foods USA, PepsiCo, Pfizer, UBS, and Union Carbide.

Debbie is a licensed, certified practitioner of The Ned Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hay-McBer® Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI™) and Business Reality 101™. She also holds a COPC® Registered Coordinator certificate as well as a Six Sigma Yellow belt. Debbie holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from New York University.
